A sound meditation with therapeutic instruments and singing, taking place in the natural environment of Lake Bohinj.
Join us for a sound meditation by Lake Bohinj, where therapeutic sound instruments and voice will guide us into a space of deep listening, relaxation, and attunement with the natural environment. Sound meditation is a practice that uses sound vibrations to support physical, emotional, and mental balance. It is rooted in mindful listening and presence in the moment — this time in direct connection with the natural landscape of Lake Bohinj. Accompanied by singing, gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and other sound tools, the experience invites participants in a lying position into a state of profound relaxation.
Sound acts as a gentle tool for regulating the nervous system while opening a space to reconnect with one’s inner rhythm and the surrounding nature. In the dialogue between human, instrument, and environment, a sonic landscape emerges — one that transforms everyday listening into a sensory meditation and subtle ecological awareness. Held outdoors, in close contact with nature, the event offers a delicate yet immersive sound experience in which natural sounds and therapeutic tones intertwine — an invitation to silence, presence, and resonance with the world around us.
